About the student news bloggers
The text, video, audio and photos on this blog are being contributed by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas students enrolled in the fall semester sections of Journalism 445, Digital Storytelling.
All semester, the students have been blogging and learning to tell true stories in digital format.
During the week of Nov. 12, 2007, as the Democratic presidential candidates descend on the UNLV campus for a debate, the students will be demonstrating their skills as digital journalists.
Please add your comments, including constructive feedback, in the area below the posts. We are all here to learn!
If you’d like to offer one of them an internship or a job, contact their professor, Charlotte-Anne Lucas, at charlotteanne.lucas at unlv.edu.

No kidding, great job on the blog stuff. Nice to see a few names I recognize too (HI: Sandra, Murph, and Stephanie), and hopefully I can pull some of this stuff to use on our little news show that I help produce every week.
Seriously, this debate is a killer and it’ll be good to have it covered from as many sides as possible!
Blog it (well) and they will come « Charlotte-Anne Lucas said

What a sad state of affairs when forces come together to stack a debate in favor of one candidate..
Harry Reid, have you no shame??
I was a supporter of Hillary Clinton until this fiasco came to light. Debates are supposed to be fair for all the candidates. But this obvious tilting just stinks..
President Obama?? Liking the sound of that more and more..
Great scoop!!
